Welcome to the first in a new series of wedding inspiration features! One of the things I love most about Coco & Kate is getting to know the fabulous brides that visit the boutique to find their gown. We talk, we chat, we converse and I get to find out so much about everyone’s wedding plans.

Well hello again and I hope you’re having a lovely week. It does rather seem that January is speeding by already which is a bit of a shocker but it does mean that Valentine’s is getting closer by the day and, as a complete romantic, this does make me happy! 

Happy New Year! Whether you were out celebrating and carousing or if you spent the evening at home with your nearest and dearest, all of us at Coco & Kate wish you the all the happiness in the world for 2015. May it be everything you want and just a little bit more besides! 

Well, here it is, our Merry Christmas and I do so hope you’re having fun. The boutique is now closed for the festive break and I’m tucked up at home with everyone I love. It’s such a special time of year and I just adore every minute. I wanted to write this post to send heartfelt thanks to everyone who has been part of the Coco & Kate story this year. 

I am now officially beyond excited for Christmas. The tree is decorated and twinkling, the presents are wrapped and the mince pies are being eaten! I’m so looking forward to the break with my family and friends and I have no doubt it’s going to be amazing. I also have no doubt that 2015 is going to be amazing here at Coco & Kate because there are so many good things coming

Hurrah! It’s December! The first doors on the advent calendar are open, the turkey has been ordered and the pile of as yet unwritten Christmas cards are taunting me from the other side of the room. However, they can wait just a little bit longer while I write something much more fun – the Coco & Kate Christmas list!

Well hello again and here we are on the downhill to opening the first door on the advent calendar! As I can now officially say Christmas isn’t that far away, it seems like the perfect time to talk about 2015 and all of the trends for wedding dresses you can look forward to next year.

Today, on Armistice Day, it seems appropriate to talk about remembering loved ones. As Laura Caudery’s #ShareTheHonestLove campaign proves, wedding days are about love and human emotion. That’s what makes them beautiful. It is however, one of the most heart-breaking things about weddings that sometimes, not everyone we would want to share our day with can be there with us

Looking and feeling fabulous on your wedding day certainly comes from being confident. Now I know this can be easier said than done sometimes and, at our recent Brides & Beauty event with celebrity make-up artist Jules Cardozo-Marsh, I hope that we really managed to pass on lots of tips and advice to give everyone who attended a big hit of self belief

Last week, one of our fabulous brides told me I have the best job in the world. I might have looked a little shocked when she said that and it’s not because I disagree – far from it. Instead, it’s because there’s still not a day that goes by when I don’t pinch myself because, at the risk of sounding like a competitor on a TV talent show, I’m living the dream.
