The Coco & Kate Christmas List

Hurrah! It’s December! The first doors on the advent calendar are open, the turkey has been ordered and the pile of as yet unwritten Christmas cards are taunting me from the other side of the room. However, they can wait just a little bit longer while I write something much more fun – the Coco & Kate Christmas list! Oh yes, who doesn’t love a little bit of indulgence with their Christmas list and I can tell you now that I’m exactly the same. I know that I’m so incredibly lucky to spend my days surrounded by the most beautiful wedding gowns and accessories but, I can tell you, that does not stop you loving them. Loving them and wanting them for yourself!

So, without further ado, here’s a little sneak peek at what’s on the Coco & Kate Christmas list.

Shoes – well, that was a given wasn’t it? After our amazing Rachel Simpson event in November where we had the entire collection in the boutique, how could I not have noted a few names for my wishlist? Because Rachel Simpson designs shoes in a whole range of gorgeous colours, they are absolutely perfect for the party season. Victoria in elegant midnight navy suede and metallic leather detailing, heavenly Gardenia in the softest peach leather and how could I write this list without including Ginger? With a super supportive but incredibly flattering design, this is the shoe that will keep me on the dance floor all night long.

As you just can’t get through the festive season without some sparkle, I’ve had my eye on some of our accessories for a while and I would be beyond thrilled to find any of these delights under my tree on Christmas morning. Greta and Ezme from Klaire Van Elton would see me through laid back gatherings to glamorous parties and I would wear Debbie Carlisle’s delicate Carmen right through the day and into the evening, swapping from a traditional headband to a forehead band to change my look. You see, I’ve got it all planned already!

Onto some other delights I’d like to unwrap at Christmas and, after falling in love with the stunning wedding dress exhibition at the Victoria & Albert Museum earlier this year, the book that accompanies the collection is one I would like on my bookshelf forever.

Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without glitter and the Essie luxeffects nail polishes are absolutely perfect. I’ll take the whole set please Santa! And, whilst we’re talking about sets, the Sweet Shoppe range from Benefit absolutely has my name on it. Such pretty packaging and fab products that will get me through winter with a smile on my face.

The last thing on my list is stationery. I love pretty notebooks and I want to use my Christmas break to take some time out to look back on this amazing year and plan to make 2015 even more spectacular. I’m crushing on the gorgeous Rifle Paper Co journals and notepads from Papermash so expect to see my scribbling my way into the New Year with one of these at my side!

Have a wonderful week,
